West Feliciana Parish Hospital is a 22 bed facility that has carried a strong tradition of growth in medical technology, health care services and programs to meet the increasing needs of the citizens of St Francisville and the parish of West Feliciana for the past four decades.

West Feliciana Parish Hospital is located 30 minutes north of Baton Rouge and 60 minutes south of Natchez, Ms. approximately 1/4 mile off of US Hwy 61 on South Commerce St. The town of St Francisville is the parish seat of West Feliciana Parish. St Francisville is home to many houses and plantation homes that are on the national register of historic places. These include The Myrtles Plantation, Rosedown Plantation, Greenwood Plantation, Oakley Plantation, The Hemingbough and many others.
