Job Title: Experienced Medical Staffing Specialist

Must have exp. in Physician Credentialing, Payroll Assistance, Physician Billing, and Administration. Must have full knowledge in Medisoft and Quickbooks. Must be Microsoft Word and Excel Expert certified and have advanced skills in Access and Powerpoint. Must have college degree in BAA or better from accredited college. Job Title:  Physician Recruiter
 
Description:  Recruitment of new doctors to Correct Care, Inc. (FT & PT).
Responsibilities include:

·        Visiting residency programs

·        Maintaining good relationships with residency program secretaries

·        Contacting chief residents regarding work with Correct Care.

·        Sending out recruiting flyers to residency programs.

·        Attend meetings with potential Correct Care doctors

·        Calls into ERs to find out the doctor on duty

·        Attend professional job fairs.

·        Visit new and exiting ERs

·        Send out recruiting packets to potential doctors

·        Make follow-up phone calls to doctors that packets have been sent to.

·        Making cold calls to doctors.

 
Qualifications for this position include: 

·        1-3 years experience in physician recruiting.

·        Assertive and confident communication skills.

·        Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills

·        Excellent computer skills
